Diets: Day 3 of 3


I have almost made it through all three days!!  It really wasn't as difficult as I thought it would be.  I think I actually had my mind made up that I was going to do this and I was able to avoid temptation!!  The first day some people at work were going to Cracker Barrel and I didn't go!!  The other two days I just stayed away from them, because I didn't want to make that decision again!!

Today has been a little difficult, because if you look at what I get to eat, there's not a lot there!  But I have done it!  Here is a look again at what was on the menu for today:

Day 3
Breakfast
5 saltine crackers
1 oz cheddar cheese
1 small apple

Lunch
1 egg, scrambled, hard-boiled, poached
1 slice toast

Supper
1 cup tuna
1/2 banana
1 cup vanilla ice cream

I'm really looking forward to that 1/2 banana and ice cream!

My daughter and her boyfriend are doing a 7 day clean eating plan.  I might try that next!
